NEW YORK - Hilton Garden Inn Times Square has completed a six-month, $9.5 million dollar guest room renovation.  The hotel is owned by Five Star Realty Partners LLC and is managed by Highgate Hotels. The contemporary Times Square hotel in New York was originally built in 2005, and is located on Eighth Avenue at 48th Street, surrounded by Broadway theaters, shopping and Manhattan's best attractions.

The hotel's recent transformation program presents a complete revitalization of all of the hotel's oversized guest rooms.  Modern design elements have been infused throughout each guest room.  New wall coverings, neutral paint, window treatments, carpet, seating and decorative light fixtures have also been installed. 

Guest bathrooms now include new vanities, tile, plumbing, fixtures, bath accessories and lighting.  Finish materials used in the bathroom renovation reflect the same design intent as in the bedrooms, by using neutral colored porcelain tiles on the floor and a solid quartz top that anchors the chrome wood vanity.  The bath experience is further enhanced with the addition of a backlit mirror and polished chrome accessories.  All of the hotel's 13 guest room floors have been transformed with new corridor carpeting and wall coverings.

In-room amenities at Hilton Garden Inn Times Square include new work desks with ergonomic chairs, 42-inch, high-definition, LED TVs, in-room refrigerator, microwave, MP3- compatible alarm clocks, new plush bedding and combed cotton linens, and refreshing Neutrogena bath and body products. Desk and nightstand lamps now feature USB ports, plus additional electrical outlets were installed for guest convenience.

Complimentary in-room internet access plus secure remote printing to the hotel's business center is available from each guest room. Hilton Garden Inn Times Square offers many complimentary amenities for guests including 24-hour self-service areas which include the business center and state-of-the-art fitness facility. In the lobby guests will find additional complimentary features like wireless internet access along with morning coffee and tea.

Hilton Garden Inn Times Square also offers a delightful dining option, Pigalle Restaurant, a 1950's Paris style café and bar that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Evening room service is available and provided by Pigalle.  XVI is the brand-new rooftop lounge adjacent to the hotel, which is open nightly and overlooks Times Square.  For guests on the run, there is a 24-hour Pavilion Pantry® convenience mart located in hotel lobby - stocked with snacks, drinks, sundries and much more.
